Our prices reflect the expertise of our team. All our installers have 10+ years of experience. We consult with them before preparing any quote to ensure it reflects realistic, professional expectations and avoids surprise costs later.
While we work nationwide, the cost can vary depending on your location. Additional travel or logistics may add to the price, but we're always transparent and include this in your quote.
If we haven't agreed to a re-measure contract beforehand, we may adjust the materials cost, but not by simply applying the £/m² rate. The overall cost reflects time and efficiency - not just materials.
Yes - that's your responsibility. We do our best to communicate and track timelines, but please keep us informed of any changes or inaccuracies in the information we've shared.
Not necessarily. If our team has to work further from the planned space, the time required can double. In such cases, we reserve the right to revise the cost. If a fair price can't be agreed, a cancellation fee may apply.
We try to finish tidying on the same day. If we're forced to leave early without prior notice, returning the next morning may incur a revisit charge. Advance notice of finish times helps us avoid this.
We run credit checks to determine if we can offer credit terms. If there's no valid credit history, we may request full payment upfront. This ensures we remain covered - it's not a judgment on your business.
