Pennini Veterinary Referrals – Full Clinic Fit-Out

We recently completed a full hygienic fit-out at Pennini Veterinary Referrals, a specialist veterinary clinic in Yorkshire, just in time for the Christmas break.

The project involved the installation of:

— 664 sqm of vinyl flooring across rooms and corridors using both cove-form and flat lay methods
— 110 sqm of Kandean luxury vinyl tiles
— 92 sheets of Altro Whiterock hygienic wall cladding
— 200 sqm of grilled ceiling systems for a clean and ventilated finish

One of the biggest challenges was the cold weather during installation, but thanks to Joe’s expert site management, we maintained a stable 20°C indoor temperature throughout—ensuring ideal conditions for adhesives and finishes. This was a standout job to close the year with—delivered on time, with top-quality workmanship, and 100% customer satisfaction.
